The stuff people usually want to know before they join the waitlist.
I don’t know anyone attending, will I be welcome?
Yes. The festival is built around meeting people: networking time and an informal room, including plenty of introverts. You do not need to arrive with a group.
Is there a virtual ticket?
The festival is in person. There is no virtual ticket for the sessions. Registration does include the monthly attendee virtual series.
Are sessions recorded for later viewing?
No, sessions are not recorded unless a speaker requests it and announces it to attendees. The focus is the in-person conversation. Some speakers share slides or other takeaways during their sessions.
Can I record sessions?
No audio or video recording is permitted without express written consent. Unauthorized recording may result in ejection without refund. Photos of slides are allowed only with verbal consent of the presenter.
Where is the schedule and who is speaking?
Both are in the conference app. Scan the code on this page, or open the app on your phone.
How do I get tickets?
Festival registration is $299 and non-refundable. This page joins the Eventbrite waitlist. Transfers were allowed for a $25 fee through October 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm CDT, by emailing the organizer on Eventbrite. Resale is prohibited and can mean the ticket is cancelled without a refund. Excess funds are donated to the event charities.
